However, in the unfortunate event that a data loss occurred there would be no claim or compensation for data loss under any circumstances.
The transaction is legally considered to have occurred between the reseller and RMG, any data loss or other claims by the end consumer need to be dealt with by the reseller.
Sim Cards, Cases & Chargers
We would urge you not to include any sim cards, cases or chargers with devices.
In particular we cannot take responsibility in the event of a lost sim card which has been shipped to us.
Shipping Devices
RMG do not hold responsibility of any devices until they are proven to have been delivered and signed for at our warehouse.
We do take responsibility for outbound shipments going back to you under our carriers insurance policies.
